Job Description: Responsibilities - your mission As a Human Resources Business Partner, you are the primary HR interface with the business; you support and advise employees and managers on all HR related topics. You act like an HR consultant in how you partner with, listen to and advise your business area. You also ensure that HR policies are applied and that HR processes are implemented effectively and consistently in the business area in line with local legislation and global HR strategy. Your role will consist in: - Listening to the people in your business area, showing understanding and empathy and supporting them through their HR related topics. - Becoming a true partner to the business and advising local and transnational managers in their management role in line with HR strategy. - Developing and coaching employees and managers - Establishing a two-way information flow with the business and the Centers of Expertise and HRBPs of the other Engineering Centers to ensure management awareness for HR policies and providing input on business needs to the Center of Expertise, providing managers with HR tools and practices for managing all HR-related process. - Providing organization advice to managers. - Advising managers and employees on career development, supporting the deployment and integration of people development, remuneration and talent management processes, supporting team and focus reviews- Translating business objectives into robust recruiting strategies and routes to market. - Working in partnership with the hiring managers and HR community to understand and drive resource planning, and to define appropriate timescales for recruitment campaigns.- A high level of emotional intelligence as well as good listening and coaching skills. - Generalist HR knowledge with strong change and strategic competencies. - A highly proactive mindset, the ability to anticipate and address business issues and offer solutions to managers. - Good communication and conflict management skills, teamwork and networking abilities in a transnational environment. - Experience / knowledge of corporate recruitment - Demonstrated ability to consult, influence, and partner with colleagues and senior leaders.- Fluency in English is a must, other European language(s) is considered a plus.
