5474 - National Maintenance Head (M/F) - Maputo Heading is recruiting for its client, a National Maintenance Head (M/F) to be based in Maputo.Main responsibilities:- Implementation of an effective computerized preventive maintenance management system to enforce world class preventive maintenance standards and techniques are applied;- Implementation of maintenance performance management and monitoring systems in a FMCG Plant;- Ensuring that all systems and services employed are based on Good Manufacturing Practices – GMP & World Class;- HSE: ensure, promote Safety and Compliance (for Company and Employees) with policies, standards, and procedures;- The current Computerized Maintenance Management systems being reviewed – C Works, Primavera. - Value Keep; Buhler – Pro Plant, from which the most appropriate for our business should be deployed;- Establish a benchmark for the CIP savings, initially a 10% reduction on the key production expenses should be targeted. Accountabilities:- Compile and implement all essential Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all critical business processes – for maintenance management and CIP management system based on any or a combination of the most common: The Lean Method, The Kanban Method, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management or Agile Methodology;- The system must facilitate the compilation of all weekly and monthly management performance monitoring and efficiency reports together with maps to help understand the understand current workflows and facilitate to spot and explore opportunities for improvement;- Ensure that the preventive maintenance scheduled work is aligned with the production demand requirements;- The maintenance management system must include the facilities: to maintain and carry out repairs of buildings, utilities, storm water systems, material handling equipment’s and other service facilities such as electrical installations, sewers, central stores, and roadways etc.;- Implementation of an effective technical team meeting management system to ensure sustainable operational improvement management and communication within the department and all other critical cross functional departments.  Qualifications/Experience required:- University Degree – Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Business Management or related;- Proven experience in planning maintenance operations and maintenance manager or another managerial role;- Experience in procurement/ logistic or related;- Working in Factory environments of Blue Chip FMCG Enterprises - aligned with World Class production standards and international quality and safety systems – Global HSE, ISO, FSC 22 000;- Minimum 10 years of management experience in a senior role of a large production facility within the FMCG food business as a Plant Engineer / Maintenance Manager or related;- Portuguese and English Fluent Speaking.  Envie o Currículo Para se candidatar, selecione como ficou a saber acerca desta Oportunidade e em seguida clique no botão "Enviar o seu curriculo".
