SAP PRODUCTION PLANNING CONSULTANT

The client seeks an experienced SAP Production Planning (PP-DS) Consultant for their team, focusing on production planning and scheduling within manufacturing in SAP S/4HANA projects. Responsibilities: Participate in business process surveys to grasp requirements. Assist in blueprint development for PP/DS. Collaborate with ABAP developers on Functional Design Documents (FDD). Configure SAP S/4HANA for PP/DS, emphasizing setups and integrations. Test developments and configurations for functionality and alignment. Conduct functional testing and provide support. Develop user instructions and documentation. Participate in end-to-end testing and support teams. Assist in go-live and post-launch support. Requirements: 4+ years SAP experience, specializing in PP/DS, with practical experience in SAP AFS, FMS, or S/4HANA Fashion. Led 2+ full-cycle PP/DS projects in manufacturing. Recommended experience with MES/shop floor control system integration. Strong understanding of Fiori platform's applications in PP/DS and PP/DS functionality within S/4HANA. Proficient in ABAP for enhancements and SAP HANA for optimization. Cross-functional experience with SAP PP and MRP. Ability to analyze processes and suggest improvements.
