Reporting daily the performance of each product. Leading the weekly levelling meeting. Leading the interface with MP&L in what concerns to production volumes variations. Performing and report the five years Manning Business Plan. Define and develop line process for each position. Continuous analysis of product process for every operation (i.e. component numbers, cycle times, hourly rates, worked hours, equipment load, people requirements). Responsible for maintain process documentation. Developing the Plant Headcount Plan according monthly Plan Book Volumes. Create training plan for new employees. Ensuring the accomplishment of the Mfg. Specialist (operators) rotation plans. Developing changeover procedures. Developing process to control overhead (consumables part) costs at cell level. Ensuring the accomplishment of the 5S’s within the area Participation in the ECN’s and Builds meetings. Requirements: Degree level qualification in Manufacturing or related subject. Minimum of 5 + years as Process Engineer or similar. Experience gained preferably within the electronics industry. Experience in a dynamic industry environment. Excellent analytical skills.
