Job Details ROLE OVERVIEW . Providing Finance change management capability for Kantar Business Services - specifically for the S2P workstream(s) of the Ada programme - Driving and delivering change management activity for S2P workstream - Assessing key stakeholders, creating stakeholder map and engaging with key stakeholders - Assessing and/or reviewing change impacts, creating change plan/log (based on identified change interventions) - Building an appropriate comms and engagement plan to support the change plan/log - Delivering or facilitating delivery of appropriate change, comms and engagement interventions/activities (including training) - Collaborating with wider change, comms, engagement and training community including change champions networks - Working with wider KBS and Ada programme teams (especially the change and transition community) to establish strong working relationships, common standards and best practice in all activities - Driving change in line with the programme lifecycle and aligned to each phase and wave: o Process and organisation design o People and org transition o Enabling technology implementation o Other key linked transformation initiatives across Finance, HR and Procurement DELIVERABLES - Review, update and maintain S2P workstream stakeholder and audience analysis - Own S2P change intervention tracker and coordinate delivery of intervention activity - Develop appropriate change, comms and engagement artefacts (policies, heatmaps, interaction and escalation models, personas, cribsheets, walkthroughs etc.) - Develop or facilitate development of appropriate training artefacts (training needs analysis, QRGs, elearning, other course materials etc.) - Set up, facilitate and maintain appropriate change champions network(s) (in Ada programme known as ‘engagement networks’ and led by a ‘guiding coalition’) - Support business readiness tracking through pulse surveys and polls (as appropriate) - Align to the approaches and standards of the existing KBS/Ada change community - Work closely with the KBS Comms and Engagement Lead to ensure that workstream comms and training plans are aligned and integrated with KBS/Ada comms and engagement plans As needed - Engage with functional and business leadership, other change managers and transition leads - Attend regular KBS and programme team meetings - Contribute content to Kantar platforms (inc. intranet on Sharepoint, Teams, Yammer, Stream) Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly - Participate in S2P workstream meetings and country pod meetings - Track and report on business readiness for S2P Location Porto, Praça de Mouzinho de AlbuquerquePortugal Kantar Rewards Statement At Kantar we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear and consistent set of principles.
