Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in accounting/tax outsourcing services or a similar role.Strong leadership and managerial skills.In-depth knowledge of accounting/tax principles, regulations, and standards.Proficiency in Business Central.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in accounting/tax software and financial management tools.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Highly results orientated.Leader and team management skills.Technological.Fluent in English.
