Job Description :

  • Conduct initial contracting meeting with the hiring managers to identify the technical requirements of the position;
  • Conduct market and talent insight research based on the profile required and industry area;
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage with top talent through various channels including job boards, social media and professional networks;
  • Organize and participate in hiring manager/HR interviews;
  • Use data and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make recommendations for improvement;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in active sourcing and share knowledge and insights with the team.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience;
  • At least 2 years of experience in active sourcing and/or talent acquisition;
  • Creativity and resourcefulness;
  • Sales and problem-solving mindset;
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends and optimize sourcing strategies;
  • Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
