There could be a possibility of a permanent employment afterwards. What you can look forward to as Global E-Commerce Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) Manage cross-functional projects with Product Data Management, Category Management, IT, Brand Marketing and E-Commerce Domain Functions to ensure global and regional Digital Shelf & Demand Generation initiatives support sales growth, increase share of wallet, minimize return rates and maximize conversions rates Monitor and react to changes in requirements of marketplace and E-Commerce vertical players to ensure continuous competitiveness and compliance of Digital Shelf & Demand Generation content Create and source best practice E-Commerce channel-specific content and product information to drive traffic & conversion rates in close alignment with global & local stakeholders (e.g. Europe, North America, South America, RoAP, IMEA) Ongoing publication of E-Commerce relevant content into all required channels to ensure ZF information authority Develop E-Commerce advertising campaigns, research and analyze competitor advertising activities, perform ongoing keywords discovery, expansion and optimization Utilize top-notch technology to drive the ongoing optimization of advertising campaigns and achieve defined KPIs like ACOS, glance views, impressions, clicks, CTR, conversion rate, etc Report KPIs for Digital Shelf & Demand Generation excellence and sell-out performance into strategy management and monthly reporting Align with external agencies as well as utilize solutions to monitor and continuously improve performance. Perform user behaviour analysis and implement improvement measures Your profile as Global E-Commerce Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) Demonstrated tangible business results within a tier 1 automotive supplier or consultancy. Strong project management and analytical capabilities with the ability to translate these into commercial strategies 3+ years hands-on E-Commerce experience in building and optimising channel-specific content and programmatic advertising campaigns Experience with Digital Shelf solutions and processes, PIM and DAM systems, content creation and optimization, SEO, performance marketing and online customer acquisition for automotive E-Commerce channels Good knowledge of automotive E-Commerce and aftermarket products Ability to manage multiple tasks and to work in a multi-cultural environment Excellent communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
