Your responsabilities :

• Pre-sales assistance for users - advice on choosing the right solutions
• Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher tech-departments

Our expectations :

• You speak Dutch in proficiency :

• Intermediate English level (min B2) :

• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal

• You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team

Main duties :

• Possible start on 17/05/2023 :

• Monday to Sunday 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m (40h per week) with 2 rotating days off

• Competetive Salary and bonuses:

• € 1100€ gross/month + 2 extra salaries per year :

• -up to 120€ gross monthly performance bonus

• up to 135€ gross monthly project bonus

• €7.23 NET/day meal allowance

• Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract

• Private Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)

• Work in our modern office in Lisbon, Parque das Nações

• Training is provided at the beginning of the work, previous experience is not required
