Your missionand responsibilities:Youwill be responsible for supporting the continuous improvement of cybersecurityin Healthineers factoriesYouwill act as a subject matter expert for OT Security topics as a member of theOT Security global team at Siemens HealthineersTask and responsibilities:Leadthe design and improvement of OT Security services and processes in alignmentwith the OT Security Strategy and Industry standards such as NIST CybersecurityFramework and IEC 62443Supportthe Business in the deployment of cybersecurity solutions, services, andprocesses derived from the assessment, including:Deploymentof security tools adapted to the needs of each specific manufacturing locationOperationof security tools in alignment with the OT Security service requirementsSupportmanufacturing locations in analysing, understanding, and prioritizingvulnerabilities for remediationSupportin the team operation and coordination activities such as activity planning,procurement, etc.Developsecurity documentation as required (e.g.: manuals, best practices, etc.)Performsecurity architecture and documentation reviews for factory projectsAssessand document the risk level and cybersecurity capabilities for manufacturinglocationsPresentthe results of the assessment to the Business, and drive discussions regarding necessaryactions to be takenDocumentthe progress and follow up on the status of the agreed remediation actionsActas a subject matter expert for OT SecurityWhat is in it for you:Youwill thrive in a multinational environment where you will have the chance tomeet and cooperate with colleagues from all over the globeYouwill participate in global security projects, introducing improvements thatwill make a difference on the daily work of over 65k employees.
