The IT EIMEA Operations Manager will report to the Global IT Operations Senior Manager. They will lead a team of IT professionals to ensure the smooth functioning of all IT processes and services in the region and globally. The Manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement IT strategies that align with organizational goals. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with all relevant IT regulations and standards within the EIMEA region.Who WE are? Fuller has been recognized as one of the 'Best Companies to Work For' by Exame magazine.Primary Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily IT operations, including troubleshooting technical issues and supporting end users.Lead a team of 8 to 10 IT professionals, which includes hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure system efficiency and security.Identify and recommend technology solutions to improve business processes and productivity.Manage IT projects, including planning, budgeting, and tracking progress to meet deadlines and deliverables.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection laws, such as GDPR.Monitor IT performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management.Collaborate with other departments to support IT needs and align technology initiatives with business goals.Stay current on emerging technologies and trends to recommend advancements for the organization.Serve as a point of contact for all IT-related issues and escalations within the organization.Minimum Requirements: Bachelors in BA, CS, or MIS or MBA + 2 years' experienceEight years’ experience in ITFour years of management experienceGood knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and SAP.Good knowledge of networking techniques, PC hardware, and printers.Willingness to travel for business (30%)Good language skills in English (Multi language).ITIL v3 or higher certification.High level of customer orientationStrong adaptability, critical thinking skills, and the ability to make informed decisions in situations with limited clarity or defined parameters.Experience navigating complex, fast-paced environments and effectively managing priorities and resources in the face of uncertainty will be highly valued.The ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain a solution-oriented mindset when faced with ambiguity is essential for success in this role.Strong organizational and team-building skills.
