Management Trainee As Assistant F&b Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Collaborates in all Food & Beverage operation supervision
  • Provide a high service to our guests.

**MAIN DUTIES:

  • Assists the successful delivery of all F&B related activities and manifestos in achieving or exceeding the hotels targets in terms of guest satisfaction, quality assurance and financial metrics for all Food & Beverage related areas.
  • Collaborates in the short
  • and long-term planning and management of the all food & beverage operations.
  • Collaborates in the smooth service functioning of The Villa Cipriani Restaurant, William Restaurant, The Dining Room, Afternoon Tea, Pool Restaurant, Gastro Bar, Pool Bar, Room Service and banquets & events.
  • Assists the implementation of any F&B-related projects and global programs
  • Assists in Identifying opportunities and developing solutions to enhance the performance for all F&B aspects and operation, such as LQA and guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the HOD and line staff in the efficient delivery of providing the highest standards of service to our guests.
  • Works cohesively with food and beverage manager, HOD and chefs to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Assists other departments wherever necessary and maintains good working relationships.
  • Collaborate in the admin of the F&B department
  • Collaborates as Duty Manager.
