Senior Travel & Expat Security Expert (m/f/d) Country/Region: PT Location: Sao Domingos de Rana, Lissabon, PT, 2785-723 Req ID 66587 Sao Domingos de Rana, Portugal About the Team: We are looking for a new colleague in for your “Physical & Personnel Security / Crisis Management” department at our location in Sao Domingos de Rana, Lisbon. You will work as a Travel & Expat Security Expert in a team of 12 employees in the Corporate Security organization, that is responsible for Travel & Expat Risk Management, Incident, Emergency & Crisis Management, Physical & Personnel Security and Executive Protection & Event Security. In the field of Travel & Expat Risk Management, you will be responsible for the implementation, operation and further development of our travel and expat risk management program and will advise and train travelers and expats, as well as create and implement security concepts. Your workplace will be located in Lisbon with a hybrid working model. After a successful introduction, you will be able to take on further tasks to improve our travel and expat risk management program. What you can look forward to as Senior Travel & Expat Security Expert (m/f/d): Implementation, adaptation and further development of the travel and expat risk management process and standards (according to ISO31030:2021) Qualified creation of security situation pictures and reports as well as risk and threat analyzes (according to ISO 31000) Development of security concepts for business travelers and expatriates as well as planning and implementation of preventative security measures on site Security advice for business travelers and international assignees as well as further development of security briefings and trainings on travel security Coordination and cooperation with the responsible authorities (including embassies, the Foreign Office and other institutions) Conduct travel security training and expatriate briefings Support during security-relevant events (incident management) and in the event of a crisis, organizing staff tasks, such as coordinating emergency measures, leading the assistance team, working with security service providers and authorities Taking on special conceptual tasks as well as support and, if necessary, management of cross-departmental projects Continuous optimization of tools and processes for risk prediction, prevention and management of crises Your profile as Senior Travel & Expat Security Expert (m/f/d): Completed university degree in the areas of security management, political or economic sciencesor comparable school qualification with several years of professional experience Comprehensive, at least 4 years of experience in security management – at a security agency or in the security area of an international company Self-responsible, independent and reliable way of working Confident demeanor, quick comprehension as well as intercultural competence and diplomatic skills Open minded team player and willing to work in an international environment Professional communications skills both verbally and in writing with very good skills in English (further languages would be an advantage).
