What are your main responsibilities?

  • Be responsible for the definition, detailing and implementation of the service portfolio and related business models for Cybersecurity in Energy Automation.
  • You will establish, among other things, the technical description, the business model, the delivery concept, the sales materials, calculation methods, standard quotation and contract templates for an efficient and fast global roll-out of the EA Cybersecurity services portfolio elements
  • You will stay abreast with emerging technologies and cyber-regulatory developments worldwide to ensure appropriate services are considered and promoted to address the ever-changing Cybersecurity landscape.
  • For ensuring the success of newly launched Cybersecurity service elements you will directly manage customers projects, with your responsibilities ranging from offer preparation to organizing the delivery team activities throughout the project to managing the operations of the new service elements to end customer(s)
  • You will be the interface to the Siemens EA Service Teams in the Regional Companies for the rollout, expansion, and success of the EA Cybersecurity service portfolio worldwide
  • Via close cooperation with the Regional Companies, you will ensure that the sales, revenue und margin targets for Cybersecurity Services are met
  • You will work closely with the R&D, Sales, Operations, and the Cybersecurity Experts Community to achieve a seamless integration of the EA Cybersecurity Services with all other EA functions
  • You will liaise with other Service teams within the Smart Infrastructure business and other Siemens businesses in pursuing synergies to grow the Cybersecurity Service business in markets of mutual relevance
  • You will work with and manage vendor relationships for effective service delivery

What do you need to qualify for this job?

  • You have strong functional and technical knowledge of OT cyber security and information security domains with deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: substation security, SCADA security in grid control, OT network security
  • You have a thorough understanding of the prevailing cyber regulations and their requirements for critical infrastructure operators in major economic regions of the world
  • You bring a strong understanding of service lifecycle management, strategic planning, and the overall OT/ICS cybersecurity service market landscape
  • You can quickly understand new technologies, software solutions and business models and to pass on this knowledge to others and translate it into customer benefit
  • With your initiative, drive and result-orientation, you promote team spirit in your team and cooperation with other virtual teams.
  • You are a strong communicator in English and preferably also in German and have been able to prove this in the past in an intercultural environment.
  • You can cope well with ambiguity, are good at prioritizing goals and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • In addition, you bring flexibility and willingness to travel
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer Sciences or Information Sciences, have at least eight to ten years of experience in software / networked systems engineering or lifecycle management, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • You have at least five years of experience in delivering cybersecurity services or secured systems to critical infrastructure operators in one of more of the following verticals: power grids, power generation, industry & infrastructure
  • You have at least three years of experience in leading and/or managing a team of cybersecurity experts
  • You preferably hold one or more active leading Cybersecurity certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or equivalent.
