All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth.Dare to make an impact?     YOUR ROLE  Currently Henkel is looking for a Jr Customer Marketing Manager for the Professional Beauty Care Division  Implement local marketing and trade marketing strategy for specific brands; steer the respective marketing budget; manage local marketing and trade marketing activities for the respective brands. Development and execution of digital and press activities in the market.  Development of local marketing strategy for brands & contribution to development of local sales and pricing strategy Marketing input for local implementation plan Set-up of marketing actions in close cooperation with sales  Development and execution of trade marketing and promotional strategy for brands (in cooperation with sales) Shared P&L responsibility, steer Marketing budget Optimize marketing processes Close collaboration with international marketing and implementation of marketing activities Development of Innovation Plans in collaboration with international + Spanish teams YOUR SKILLS Academic Background: Min. Management degree (Master degree if “Bologna degree”)  Experience: between 2 to 3 years of experience in FMCG Marketing with solid experience in brand management* Strong financial/business mindset (P&L thinking)  Understanding of professional business and results/solution oriented Strong presentation and communication skills Good influence capability Team player/relationship manager (ability of building partnerships with business stakeholders (specially Sales,  Customer operations, Supply Chain, International marketing teams, etc.) Good capacity of focus/define priorities (capacity of dealing with high workload and high-pressure environment)  Strong leadership skills Strategic thinking and Digital knowledge (Social media, WeB, etc.) Language: English (very good level is mandatory); Intermediate Spanish level is a plus Location - Bobadela (Lisboa) At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
