Organization : Our client is a multinational company based in Porto

Function :

  • Deliver revenue and profit targets through positive development of volume, pricing contract and cost-to-serve management
  • Manage the customer portfolio to maximize profitability through a deep understanding of the value drivers for each customer within the portfolio
  • Document business development and account management within Connect CRM based on defined business rules is part of your Job
  • Collaborate structurally with field sales in all customer segments
  • Building customer specific stakeholder maps to formally identify roles and responsibilities e.g. influences and decision makers across sales process and targets engagements accordingly is required
  • Effectively plan, schedule and conduct outbound calls efficiently, involving the customer in the development of meeting agendas and engaging Linde internal resources when appropriate

Requirements :

  • Three to five years in account management by phone / outbound calls and in sales/commercial experience in gas industry, chemical/other manufacturing
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Affinity with engineering/ gas industry suits your profile, as well as knowledge and experience using SAP (preferential), Salesforce and MS Excel skills
  • French native or C2 and English level B1 (preferred)
  • Engage well in a multi-cultural environment and across multiple countries
