The Blades Casting Team is looking for new talent to drive the development of future turbine blades. We have a vision of creating value by delivering world class process engineering and we would like you to be a part of this vision.How to contribute to our visionOur mission is to ensure that our blades are designed for manufacturing, to develop production processes and to be the process knowledge hub for SGRE. We will be doing this by reducing the cost of the blades, the time to market of our new blades and the risk in our processes.More precisely you will be responsible for mitigating risks through PFMEA’s and HSE risk assessments, developing prototypes, 0-series- and serial production documentation and instructing our skilled new product introduction blue-collar workers throughout..Your key responsibilities will be:Develop new manufacturing technologies within casting of bladesEnsure design for manufacture of new bladesDevelop and implement new production processes globallyCreate and maintain documentation (work instructions/ purchase specifications/ P-FMEA’s/ special characteristics, and RA’s).What you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…A talent with an engineering background and who has experience with composite manufacturing.
