As a Recruiter in our team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting WTW’s recruitment initiatives, always using your disruptive mindset to uncover the best talent to join our WTW Lisbon Regional Delivery Centre.
Some of your tasks within the team will be:
- To share and use your innovative mindset to source the very best talent to join us
- To manage the entire life cycle of our recruitment process for the open positions
- To be a trusted talent advisor to our people by understanding the business needs and providing disruptive solutions
- Analyzing processes to seek out improvements
- Be present in career fairs and early careers networking events
- Championing inclusion and diversity
Qualifications:
- 3+ years talent acquisition experience
- Strong sourcing skills
- Disruptive mindset
- Fluent in English
