Your new role As an IT Business Analyst you will be responsible for establish the relationship between the business representatives, the IT department and also with the software and technology solution developers. Also, in this function, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of several projects, give support to users, identify their needs and represent them in the IT department.
Your main tasks in this role will be:
- Responsible for managing Business Processes and improving the market share
- Responsible for assist users in the correct use of systems
- Responsible for the IT action plan, in cost control and design and implementation of politics and IT proceeds
- Responsible for maintenance contact with the IT team, focused on projects with business partners
What you need to succeed To be succeed in this function, you need:
- Bachelor Degree and/or Master Degree in Computer Engineering and IT Management (or similar)
- 2+ years of experience in IT (Is valued to have experience in ERP, SAP, BI and Microstrategy, specially in a multinational company)
- Experience in managing Business Partners
- Strong capacity of orientation for systems and process
- Excellent analytical capacity and problem-solving
- Ability to have a critical point of view, focused on delivering solution and in continuous improvement
- Critical knowledge in the areas of Information systems and Functional analysis and specifications
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- High level of commitment, responsibility and teamwork
- High level of capacity to prioritize and to work under pressure
- Fluency in English
