Quality & Development Specialist with a High level of Dutch

Where will you work? Our client is one of the biggest multinationals in Porto. What will you do? During your day-to-day:- You'll be responsible for reviewing and improving the quality of their operational OTC teams- You'll identify quality deficiencies and advise in terms of area for improvement and next steps- You'll support on designing solutions for and together with the business that have an impact on OTC processes- You'll continuously drive initiatives to ensure and promote quality on the operations executed - You'll need to understand the medical and food management systems, the responsibility of Quality, Food Safety, Health Safety and Environment Policies and other policy types communicated by the organization Who are we looking for? You're the person we're looking for if: - You have a University degree, preferably in Business, Finance or Audit - You have experience in Customer Service, Order to Cash or related roles (Training design and facilitation experience is preferred)- You have a background in education, training or coaching- You're fluent in Dutch and English (Portuguese, Spanish, or French will be a plus) What do we offer?
