Autodesk Product Specialist

Job Purpose : To ensure quality continuous support of Autodesk Learning Partner program and maintain and improve all administration aspects of the program.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for first line support of program
  • Manage escalations to resolution
  • Generation and Distribution of all renewal processes from central team
  • New Applications Administration
  • Creation and Maintenance of Global Reporting Requirements
  • Coordinating with Partner Success Managers and Support Team members to ensure quality level of service at all times
  • Escalation of issues to Partner Success Managers and others, and management of issue to resolution
  • General tasks related to the program

Knowledge Skills and Experience

  • Highly numerate
  • Time management and prioritizing skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • IT industry knowledge - Channel, Vendors, Programs and Competition would be an advantage
