Company Description Vuln Seeker, a cybersecurity company based in Portugal, specializes in identifying and mitigating digital vulnerabilities, ensuring robust cybersecurity for businesses across various industries. Our services include cybersecurity, IT consulting, development, and managed services. Role Description: As an IT Support Specialist at Vuln Seeker, you will provide first-level support for standard workstations, Office 365, and OneDrive, both remotely and on-site. You will record and escalate complex incidents using the incident management system. Your role involves supporting and maintaining multifunctional devices, printers, scanners, projectors, phones, and network devices. You will install and configure equipment in meeting rooms, ensure internet access, install and test workstation software and peripherals, perform workstation rollouts, configure equipment according to user profiles, and manage inventory. Additionally, you will provide technical consulting for IT infrastructure administration and assist with testing internal management systems under development. This is a contractor role with a 12-month contract, renewable yearly. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of user support experience. Technical training in hardware and software (desktop and laptop). Experience in workstation, operating system, and application installation. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Experience with centralized management software in a Windows environment. Ability to lift up to 20 kg. Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
