About the job To actively contributing to the pursuing of BNP Paribas’ Recruitment strategy and growth for Portugal. To ensure an effective Recruitment delivery to the Group’s Business Areas at local level, by sourcing and assessing the right talent in the shortest period possible, while managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders (Hiring Managers and Candidates), acting as advisory partner and respecting the highest ethical and conduct standards at all moments Your Main Activities Are Importing information from Recruitment requests to the system Reviewing and publishing job adverts Following applications by contacting candidates and performing phone screening Attending and observing HR interviews Observing the production of HR assessment reports Scheduling Hiring Managers’ interviews Observing the preparation of job offers and their validation Preparing onboarding and hiring instructions Taking part of transversal Recruitment projects and processes (Inclusive Recruitment, Recruitment of refugees and others) Supporting the Campus and Sourcing Relations activity whenever necessary, by preparing and attending Recruitment events, as well as following-up on their outcomes Participating in all team-bonding activities Profile and Skills to Success Masters degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources or related field Knowledge of Human Resources Knowledge of Assessment/evaluation Fluency in English Ability to collaborate/Teamwork Communication skills – oral & written Ability to develop and leverage on networks #LI-Hybrid Why joining BNP Paribas? · Leading banking institution BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
