Colorist/ Print Designer — French Language (Hybrid in Lisbon)

Main Responsibilities
- Support new business, presale, and implementation activities. Interface with both internal and external customers at multiple levels
- Collaborating and brainstorming with the creative team to define design briefs and requirements.
- Implementing feedback revision and creating final designs for printing
- Reviewing and proofreading designs to ensure that copy, layout, and dimensions are print-ready.
- Overseeing the printing process to ensure color quality and consistency.
- Communicating updates, feedback, and issues with the clients, managers, and the creative team.
- Provide technical support and training with appropriate resources (cross functional) required for solution/services delivery.
- Lead or participate in the deployment of software solutions for base-business and as part of a managed service delivery.
- Provide technical project management structure to the implementation of solutions sold to customers within assigned territory / customer base (as required) for successful solution implementation.
Requirements :
- 3+ years of consulting experience for impression, printing industry.
- Pre-flighting, preparing, editing, troubleshooting, printing customer files
- Experience with digital front ends (EFI Fiery, Freeflow Print Server)
- Demonstrated competency in Imposition, color match, and printing of files to digital color presses
- Knowledge of ICC profiles, color calibration, Pantone, spot colors
- Experience with Inline and Offline finishing equipment
- Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
Required Language Thresholds :
- Minimum C1 Level Fluency for French language.
- English: (B2: Independent Level User)
