Salesforce Business Analyst Porto

At Capgemini Portugal we are looking for Salesforce Business Analysts! : We are the Capgemini Group's CRM Center of Excellence (CoE) and, as such, we develop many national and international projects with the help of big teams that seek to implement the latest features and products of the Salesforce world.

We are one of the Salesforce’s partners, so our main goal is to continue growing and expanding our know-how. This way we have a career model designed for all types of profiles, Developers, Architects, Business Analysts, etc., which is accompanied by a certification and training plan, so we can assure that our consultants have all the tools that they need to succeed with us!

What are we looking for?

• Advanced Level (2+ years experience in the role).
• Experience conducting workshops for requirements gathering, being able to interact (spoken and written) with stakeholders (business and implementation teams).
• Experience with functional designs with a view on the technical solution.
• Able to perform the activities in an Agile-like approach.
• Fluent in at least the Portuguese and English languages (spoken and written). Experienced in the Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (+ Community Cloud preferable). What are we offering?
