SAP FICO Consultant

As an SAP FICO Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our financial systems. This role requires a balanced mix of project and support experience, providing a broad coverage across all SAP FICO modules. Tasks Provide 50/50 support across FI and CO modules, ensuring wide coverage and avoiding specialization in specific areas. Engage with the finance team, which has a business-side background, to address a wide range of tasks from basic support to complex enhancements and configurations. Contribute to both ongoing support (70%) and project work (30%), including the upgrade to HANA database and future S/4HANA implementation. Support rollouts to new sites following acquisitions and maintain the existing stable financial solution. Ensure comprehensive support across General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Assets, Cash Management, General Procurement, and Invoice Verification. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues and provide expert advice on best practices. Conduct training sessions for end-users and offer ongoing support to enhance system utilization. Requirements Proven experience with SAP FICO modules, with a balanced expertise across FI and CO. Strong knowledge in General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Assets, Cash Management, General Procurement, and Invoice Verification. Experience in SAP implementation and configuration, with a history of both project work and support roles. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a diverse range of tasks.
