What are my responsibilities going to be, more specifically?

  • Determine hiring requirement by working closely with hiring managers across the company
  • Responsible for a variety of duties associated with full-cycle recruiting to include sourcing, screening, administering pre-employment assessments, interviewing and closing
  • Represent Sovos in the community, college career fairs and beyond
  • Act with integrity and demonstrate ethical behavior in all matters with all stakeholders
  • Take full responsibility for ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate initiative, drive and determination to achieve results, success and growth
  • Maintain a high level of energy, enthusiasm, engagement and commitment to action
  • Develop trust and model open, candid, respectful communication and collaborative teamwork
  • Demonstrate a high degree of self-awareness and commitment to personal development and learning

What We Would Like From You

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of products
  • Ability to build relationships with all levels of employees including leadership
  • Exposure to Human Resources and Recruiting processes
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion
  • Knowledge of any HRIS and / or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities (at times conflicting), remain focused under pressure and work extended hours as required
  • Motivated, self-starter with excellent communication skills and a high level of integrity
  • Proficient level of both written and spoken English and Portuguese
