What you will do As our Business Recruiter - High Volume you will lead the recruitment process and help us hire for our Customer Experience department. You will search for candidates, conduct interviews and manage the recruitment process from end to end, proactively making improvements along the way. You will find, target and approach the best profiles, making Catawiki stand-out from the crowd. Next to this, you’ll also be responsible for helping to further develop Catawiki’s employer brand, working creatively with the rest of the (awesome!) recruitment team on a mixture of short and long term projects aimed at increasing the quality of hire. You will manage your own portfolio of vacancies, forming effective partnerships with hiring managers. As a business recruiter at Catawiki, you will become an important member of Catawiki’s People Team, contributing to initiatives that make Catawiki a destination of choice for the best and most relevant talent in the market. These initiatives will range from employer branding, to events, partnerships, process improvements and a whole lot more! Who you are In addition to having experience successfully hiring in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment, it’s likely you’ll be excited about working in an international scale-up environment. Furthermore, you will: Have relevant experience collaborating with hiring managers, coaching and advising them in order to effectively hire open vacancies. Have experience recruiting for customer support agents in a high volume environment filling 10-15 roles per month. Have experience of pro-actively sourcing for candidates. You'll be comfortable building boolean search strings and are by nature curious and invested in finding the best communities, tools and places to search for talent. Be great at forming relationships with your stakeholders, from candidates to interviewers to hiring managers. You thrive in start-up / scale-up environments and are motivated by being given a high level of ownership Bonus points (but not essential) if you are multilingual. Our Core markets are the Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy and Spain and Portugal, but we also operate across wider Europe and Asia. The Catawiki Recruitment Team Our team has been solidly in place for the past year, with the overall goal of better supporting and accelerating the growth of Catawiki and maintaining our Quality of Hire. We are a collaborative bunch of 10 international and passionate folk, regularly working together on improvement projects and team goals. We are based in the Netherlands and Spain. The team in the Netherlands are a hybrid team and usually get together a couple of times a week for meetings, knowledge shares and social activities. Our remote workers in the team of course join all our regular meetings and get the chance to come over once a quarter for team activities and broader people team workshops and events. Our offices and way of working We have sensational offices in Amsterdam, Groningen, Paris and our newest office in Lisbon. Most of our employees are within commutable distance of one of our office locations and enjoy a hybrid work model. This means we expect you to be in the office 2 out of 5 days, roughly 40% of your working time, to collaborate and connect with each other.
