Tasks

Mid and long-term strategic Account Planning

Successfully manage and win sales opportunities to maximize new opportunities

Prepare and deliver sales plans to win key sales

Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new accounts

Ensures proper qualification of sales leads/opportunities

Create and conduct client proposal presentations and RFP responses

Explain and demonstrate features and benefits of a complex product

Understand customer needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities

Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics

Maintain and expand database of prospects

Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

Team with channel partners to build pipeline

Stay informed about competing products

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferable in the Industry (e.g., Manufacturing, Utilities or Automotive)

Demonstrable past successes through the effective selection, qualification and engagement of target accounts

Proven track record through disruptive GTM and business development strategies

Effective pipeline and forecast management, Mid and long-term activity and campaign planning

Structured sales methodology to drive opportunities throughout the buying cycle

Good understanding of the different sales methodologies and how to best apply each

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong listening, presentation and sales skills

Self-motivated, persuasive and goal-oriented

Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Proven and effective collaboration skills

An unassailable level of integrity

Proficient with corporate productivity and presentation tools

Experience in working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM

Must be technically fluent and have a natural curiosity for how things work

Network of contacts in the Manufacturing Industry is a big plus

BSc degree or equivalent preferred

Fluent in Portuguese and English

Available to travel domestically and internationally: 50% to 75% of the time
