We are actively recruiting a Readiness Supportability Program Manager in the SCIM Team which are responsible for gathering information from a variety of feedback channels, aggregating and prioritizing that feedback for the purposes of issue identification and then driving appropriate training enhancements and driving appropriate actions to mitigate the identified issues. Qualifications  Proficient in project management to oversee and coordinate tasks effectively.  Extensive knowledge of product offerings to provide accurate information and support. A strong passion for adult learning and development to foster continuous improvement.  Navigating ambiguity: Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.  Result-oriented: Focused on achieving objectives efficiently and effectively.
