The Impact You’ll Make Full coordination of customer orders, from order placement to product delivery and after-sales follow-up; Invoicing of customer orders and preparation of documentation required by the customs authority, when applicable; Contracting, scheduling and monitoring of freight transportation; Relevant experience in transport management and contracting; Conference of invoices from freight forwarders, transporters and logistics operators; Operational management of reverse logistics and manage credit notes; Management and monitoring of customers throughout the logistics chain process; Manage subcontracted logistics services; Contribute to the monitoring of the performance of the logistics chain.
What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Logistics or similar; Good knowledge of International Trade and customs operations; Knowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practices); Solid IT skills (Office) and experience in using ERP (IFS/SAP); Fluency in English (spoken and written); Easy communication, interpersonal relationships and a taste for teamwork; Experience and orientation to customer relations; Good organizational skills, autonomy, proactivity and strong results orientation;
