Our Global Finance Services Team has grown by more than 50% in the past 5 years. What will YOU do? Monitor accounts receivable aging and engage with customers developing strategies to optimize timely collectionsTrouble shoot any invoice discrepancy and process gaps in the order to cash cycleEstablish strong network with key internal/external stakeholders, promoting quality partnership and process efficiencyAssess order release based on aging conditions and credit limit while considering customer relationship and business potentialAssess customer credit condition and assign risk ratings and credit limits within authority level or recommends limits that exceed authorityCollaborate with sales and customers to mitigate marginal risk situationsWork towards AR KPIs/TargetsParticipate in Accounts Receivable and Finance related process/performance improvement change.Minimum Requirements: University Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields OR 3 + years of relevant work experienceUnderstanding of finance and accounting principlesSolid communication and interpersonal skillsGood analytical and problem-solving skillsProactive, curious nature, open-minded, and resilientPreferred Requirements: Intermediate level of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
