Capgemini is hiring a Service Desk Analyst based in Porto ! If you have experience working as a Service Desk, your place is with us! You will be joining our team and working close with our clients. What are we looking for? 12th year completed or equivalent; Average knowledge of english for international support contacts; Experience setting up Windows environment (enduser) and mobile devices (Android/IOS); Experience as Service Desk (1st line): Communication with the end user providing a single channel of communication; Supporting the user in problems and doubts reported; Systematization of the information to be passed on to the on-site support teams; Management of problems with the communications operator; Access control system operation; Experience as Field Support (2nd line): Technically intervene with the equipment and users at the customer's premises; Interact with third parties to support interventions; Support the user in the use of IT resources.
