Key Responsibilities: In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Content Review: You will review online videos, content submissions, complaints, and legal notices from customers related to decisions made about copyright issues. This involves critical thinking and analyzing material for compliance with established guidelines. - Content Updates: Updating content on a popular social media platform will be a significant task, ensuring that all content reflects current standards and practices. - Auditing Submissions: Conduct audits of submissions intended for social media uploads to ensure compliance with client guidelines and community standards. This quality assurance is vital for maintaining content integrity. - KPI Monitoring: Delivering high-quality service to our customers is paramount. You will be responsible for ensuring that your work meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Client Knowledge Maintenance: It is important to maintain a broad and thorough understanding of client products and services, as you'll need this knowledge to make informed moderation decisions. - Accuracy Adherence: You must adhere strictly to the accuracy guidelines established by our clients, ensuring that all content decisions are well-founded and compliant with legal standards. - Data Protection: Ensuring the protection of customer data and adhering to compliance processes will be part of your role, helping to maintain the trust and safety of our platform.
