Your Main Activities Are
This role will support the Global Head of Communication for BNP Paribas CIB ITO with the following tasks:
- Strategic communication
Relay effectively the IT & Operations strategy, key projects and roadmaps within ITO, within CIB and Group, and externally when applicable
- Content creation
Write, edit, produce internal and external content (articles, podcasts, videos, Linkedin posts) for CIB ITO
- Campaign management
Liaise with CIB Campaign Management Team and ITO stakeholders for the planning, publication and reporting of ITO communication campaigns
- Project management
Define, plan and coordinate campaigns from A to Z, including but not limited to “ITO’s Got Talent 2023”
- Event management (Digital and in-person events)
Create, manage and host digital and in-person events
- Liaise with ITO programmes & networks to plan, create and broadcast content, particularly on the topics of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Talent Management (Junior & Expert talent programs) and Cloud strategy
- Coordinate with Lisbon Design Team to create visual content (brand identity, logos, backgrounds ) and videos, from creating the brief to getting final deliverables
- Provide the Global Head of Communication ITO with regular updates and reports on content creation progress and publications’ performance
Profile and Skills to Success
- Master’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing
- Up to 5 years of experience in Communications in similarly paced organizations
- Fluency in English is mandatory (both oral and written)
- Experience with Communications core processes and Content Creation
- Knowledge of Social Media
- Attention to detail
- Ability to simplify complex briefs
- Ability to plan and coordinate a communication campaign
- Strong visual content skills
- Ability to collaborate across geography and functions
- Good project management skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work in a Team Setting
- Proficienty with Microsoft Office such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel
