Technical PM – Staking and Validation services (m/w/d)

Your mission We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our team and lead the support of new staking protocols and other on-chain activities while providing a solid service level to our customers and partners.  Finoa currently supports 10+ of the most exciting protocols out there as well as more than 180 ERC-20 tokens and we are always looking to integrate the networks with the highest potential in the industry.  As the owner of the Staking vertical you will manage the ideation, evolution and optimization of the Finoa offering. You will work with relevant stakeholders, collect customer feedback and own the customer journey in his interaction with Finoa services. In this role, you will: Responsible for key metrics of the Finoa staking service (revenue, usage, quality, timeliness of delivery). Support your Managing Director in researching new staking projects and opportunities Liaise with protocol teams to ensure successful launch of staking protocols and provide a stable service to our customers.  Supervise and keep up to date with the integrated staking protocols.  Keep a stable, resilient node infrastructure and harness the wealth of on-chain data for our customers and internal teams. You and your team will work closely with the Custody teams to create the best Web3 UX for our institutional customer base. Own, plan and deliver the roadmap for staking services. Work with the business developers to scout new opportunities and expand the portfolio of services. Monitor service levels, ensure clear communication to your stakeholders.  Create and maintain the knowledge base for platform and relative services so that it may be accessed and used by our engineers and our customer facing teams. What you need to be successful: You have 2+ years of experience in Crypto/Web3, creating and products and working with cross functional teams, either as a product manager of as a (platform) engineer You have 3+ years of overall experience You devise well thought out roadmaps to deliver maximum value. You are familiar with main cloud services providers and bare-metal infrastructure set-ups. You are familiar with the management of container based infrastructure You can read and understand code You can read and understand smartcontracts, ideally for ETH, Cosmos-based chains You have hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset; you know how to roll up your sleeves to deliver alongside your team. You track product performance for breakfast. Good experience with Agile frameworks like SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe. Ideally have experience leading teams/squads. You have superb English verbal and written communication skills. Bonus: you are familiar with different staking mechanisms and innovations is a strong plus  Bonus: experience with kubernetes, gitlab and CI/CD processes. Bonus: you have experience with regulated tech companies and regulated development cycle. Bonus: you have track record working with leading a team for integrations.
