French speaking Customer Advisor

Are you ready to take on your next challenge in the beautiful city of PORTO? We are looking for fluent FRENCH speakers who would like to work in an international environment. This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in coastal city of PORTO in the northwest of Portugal. If you like the sun and the sea then this coastal city has lots to offer you! You will represent a leading company in Cloud Accounting online software for small businesses, that provides invoicing, bookkeeping and billing all in one place. As a French speaking customer service advisor you would take inbound calls from business clients and your task is to provide advice to your customers on how they can best use the software. You will also assist with technical troubleshooting and ensure issues will be solved in a timely manner. We are looking for candidates who have:

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in FRENCH and English Previous experience in a customer service role Experience in the hospitality/travel industry desired Ability to multi-task Eagerness to learn and develop

The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful!
