Job DescriptionAbout this job:As our Technical Project Manager, you will be part of a growing Panel Engagement Digital Team.Responsibilities: Set clear goals, milestones, expectations and processes to optimize the performance of all tasks of Panel Engagement Digital Team and team elementsMaintain documentation on the processes, procedures and major milestones, management, tracking and budgeting.Maintain, track and report finance management on ongoing bases to the team and stakeholdersManage, report and communicate finance tracking to relevant outsourced partnersTrack, analyse, screen and report any potential risks or improvements in the processes and procedures of the panelist enrolment processMake sure the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are metWorking with stakeholders and team to ensure alignment with the respective strategies of the NielsenIQ Local Data Acquisition Teams and other businesses divisionsUnderstand, structure, simplify and optimize task flow and procedures.Qualifications:Minimum 4-year experience in managing teams, processes and projects.Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail & logical thinking.Deep, holistic understanding of the project and finance management tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities remotely.Possess strong work and business ethics; be reliable, highly organized, and dependable.Clear, concise and persuasive verbal and written communication.
