If you are willing to contribute and create value for tomorrow’s cleaner and smarter mobility, Faurecia is the place to be! The role of a Central Material Planner is to ensure the daily execution of the procurement process related to serial materials to meet the production schedule, minimum stock levels of the customer plantsThe main missions of the role are to:Build-up a leveled procurement program per part/supplier, according to MRP calculation, taking into both plant needs (PIC/PDP) and suppliers’ capacitySchedule the supply of materials/components to meet plant requirements and ensure minimum safety stock levels - monitor inventory levels against agreed target stocks (Just Need Inventory);Collaborate with the Transport Team to synchronize and optimize both transport and supply plans ( including cost management)Lead the plant affectations of supplier deliveries when capacity constraints and ensure the proper communication/follow upFollow-up the execution of the plans, raise and manage alerts when needed; Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production scheduleMinimize obsolete stock, according to validity dates managed by plant teamDevelop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure demand for materials is met and deliveries made on timeQualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering or equivalentMinimum bi-lingual (English required)Office Tools ( Preference Excel)Assertive, optimistic and resilientSelf-motivated
