Heading up local sales and marketing for our Lisbon property, Locke de Santa Joana, you’ll set the sales strategy and take responsibility for sales targets at the property, leading a team to help you smash them. We're looking for a Director of Sales in Lisbon to join our team.  Reporting to the edyn Group Director of Sales, you’ll support your local team, nurture existing and foster new client relationships in several segments, and execute local marketing activities to drive revenue and increase loyalty and referrals. What it looks like.  Devising and owning the sales strategy for Locke de Santa Joana Supporting edyn’s rapid growth and in particular the successful lunch and ramp-up of this new property through strategic sales and marketing activities Overseeing the individual sales and marketing plan for the property Growing, coaching and motivating your sales team covering multiple target markets to meet and exceed targets Nurturing existing relationships with clients in the Corporate, Leisure and Groups segments while seeking and winning new business Managing top local key clients in all segments. Conducting reviews to identify opportunities and maximise revenue from each client Attracting new corporate and leisure travellers and groups, negotiating client agreements, managing central key accounts locally Supporting B2C and client-specific B2B marketing activities Supporting the team in identifying new and existing leads, and liaising with decision makers Creating consistent structures & processes to align the local sales team with overall edyn structures, processes and business goals What you'll need. Tenacious and supportive mindset Advanced commercial awareness Impeccable planning and organisation Strong communication skills Demonstrable understanding of edyn’s business and brands Hospitality sales and account management experience in Lisbon, along with a strong network A driving licence would be great, but it’s not essential Ability and willingness to travel across the UK & Europe Why grow with edyn?
