This is a great opportunity for personal growth, given that you will be exposed to a CEO's day-to-day journey. Your main goal will be to enable our CEO to focus on the company's strategic tasks while you manage their schedules, communications, travel, and personal needs. The location is Faro, Portugal (Vilamoura).Mandatory Requirements and Skills:Excellent organizational and time management skills.Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.Tact and discretion in handling confidential information.Impeccable oral and written English communication skillsAbility to perform Accountant tasks.Being comfortable with technology.Have a driver´s license & car.Had done volunteer work with children.Have studied Business Management, Economics, or anything related to Business.Key Responsibilities & Tasks:Coordination and organization of the CEO's schedule.Management of emails and communication channels.Conducting research and technical tasks, including places, activities, people, apps, etc.Care for the CEO's five-year-old child when needed.Managing administrative and personal tasks, such as tax payments, hiring household services, setting appointments, etc.Booking hotels/flights.Get familiar with the company´s tools, management & applications.Learn about cryptocurrencies, investing, and blockchains.Benefits:Comprehensive training to understand the company and the responsibilities of the position.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.22 vacation days and holidays according to country of residence Competitive salary of $2,000 per month.At Zignaly, we empower our employees to grow and develop professionally.
