How to contribute to our vision The tooling engineer will be part of global Blades Manufacturing Support Tooling team, with the mission of defining, validating, and implementing the more competitive lifting and handling machinery for the blade's factories of the group across the globe (Portugal, Denmark, UK, France, USA, China, India…). Some examples of this machinery are: gantries, lifting yokes, internal transportation tools and turning equipment. These tasks have to be done within the framework defined by SGRE and the particular procedures and rules established by the global tooling department (L&H group): HSE rules, Global Tooling procedure, Lifting standards, Cost and Quality standards, Sourcing strategies, etc. In this position you will be responsible for:To define and create the specifications (PRS) of the needed tools and machinery for the blade manufacturing process.To follow up the procurement process, commissioning, and validation (FAT, SAT) of the equipment.To hand over (TOC) the equipment to the blade manufacturing plant and support the plant afterwards.To follow up the installation of new machinery in the factory following the SGRE global standardsWhat you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for person who is an experience professional and leads by example. You hold a MSc degree in a technical subject.
