Your future duties and responsibilities :
- As a Web Proxy Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Administration of solutions in the area of mail relay, mail encryption gateways and web proxies.
- Strong incident and problem solving skills, change request implementation.
- Patch management: planning and implementation of regular patch rollouts.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty to maintain productive operation.
- 2nd level support in the area of mailing & internet.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role :
- Education and Certification- University degree or comparable education.
Desired Qualifications- Experience with mailing security gateways, such as Proofpoint, Ironport, Zertificon.
- Experience with internet security web filters / proxy services such as Trellix Web Gateway (former McAfee web Gateway), or Fortinet
- Experience with troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Knowledge in creating and configuring wpad and pac files for web proxy solutions.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL
- Good written and spoken English.
