Accounts Payable Technician (M/F/d)

A leading company in the shelving systems industry is looking for an Accounts Payable Technician (M/F/d) to strengthen its finance team.

Your new role

• Posting supplier invoices on the computer system;
• Following up payment requests from suppliers, checking the agreed payment terms and reconciling invoices with approved purchase orders and payment receipts;
• Monitoring the invoice approval process to ensure that invoices are settled;
• Preparing standardized reports for the management team on a regular basis.

What you'll need to succeed

• Higher Education or a Professional Course in Financial area;
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable;
• Solid knowledge of English (verbal and written);
• Practice in MS Office (Outlook and Excel);
• Good knowledge of SAP software (mandatory);
• Organization and Detail Orientation.
