Job Purpose

The Business Development Representative plays a crucial role in our organization by serving as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for our key clients. The purpose of this role is to foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our key clients and Architectural Design community ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth. The Business Development Representative will collaborate with various internal teams to understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and execute strategies that align with both the client's and the organization's objectives.

A glimpse of your daily mission

  • Responsible for achieving the preparation and execution of a prospecting and sales plan, as well as to build a strong relationship with accounts and Architectural Design community for the assigned territories.
  • Management of a large accounts’ portfolio.
  • Follow market trends, competitors, with constant verification of market needs.
  • Follow up sales figures, margins and costs, compare these to the targets and adjust where necessary;
  • Presentation and negotiation of commercial proposals.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor/University Degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Design or equivalent studies).
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English languages (business professional). Spanish language is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Cad software is a plus.
  • New Business Development experience (minimum of 5 years).
  • Work experience in Sales, preferably in the Office Furniture, Decoration, Design or closely related industry.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
