Your activities as Customer Service Representative :

  • Processing pick up orders;
  • Providing shipping information and quotations;
  • Tracing packages and requesting proof of delivery;
  • Assisting customers needs by ordering supplies, issuing messages and complaints;
  • Effective use of UPS systems and functions;
  • Accurate and legible completion of relevant paperwork and forms;
  • Adhere to UPS processes and procedures.

Your Profile :

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch;
  • Moderate English skills (B2 level);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Experience in telephone customer service / call center environment (preferred).

Our Offer :

  • Working hours: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:00 ( 8h day with 1h lunch break)
  • Intensive training: 15 working days ( Paid by the company: 640.80)
  • Salary: 1247.96
  • Fixed-term, renewable employment contract;
  • Initial contract with a duration of 12 months;
  • Private health insurance directly after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance)
