Main Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of Production Supervisors ensuring policies, procedures and best practices are followed in terms of Health & Safety and Quality;
• Ensure training plans are in place to address individual development in working methods and operational processes;
• Manage and optimise volumes and production capacity to meet customer expectations in terms of Quality and Delivery times;
• Manage the department's budget including labor, material, raw material, semi-finished products and maintenance costs;
• Monitor and manage departmental performance focusing on HSE, Quality and Productivity KPI’s;
• Drive innovative ways to improve Productivity and Quality building a continuous improvement mind-set, focusing on developing and executing plans and programs to ensure effective use of labor, equipment, space, and materials.

Profile :

• BSc/MSc in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Industrial Management or Textile;
• At least 5 years of experience managing teams in industrial contexts;
• Knowledge of machinery, products and production flow;
• Good knowledge of Lean;
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus;
• Good command of English;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being a proactive and dynamic team player who is analytically and organised.
