Who you are

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial property leasing ( not mandatory)
• Successful track record of leading negotiations with high level stakeholders
• Proven track record of building productive relationship and bringing new business partners
• Availability to internal mobility
• Portuguese and English are mandatory

A day in your life with us

• Responsible to lease premises in existing and future projects in line with the offer defined,
• Responsible to negotiate the most favorable conditions and preparing a clear feasibility study, negotiations strategy to achieve short-term and long-term,
• Analyses and identifies latest trends and deep business insight within the category,
• Leads and develops strong and long-lasting partnerships with key players in the category, and supporting their commercial performance,
• Develops expertise related to the new players, new business models and new trends in the market,
• Responsible to develop and bring new partners into the portfolio to positively impact the margins, diversify the portfolio, increase attractiveness to the partners.

This role belongs to Operations Domain at Ingka Centres. The Purpose of our function is to optimize the Meeting Place experience for the many people to drive visitation to the Meeting Places and IKEA and deliver sustainable business growth for our Partners and Meeting Places.
