SKILLS NEEDED

• Must have Culinary expertise and be aware of the pizzaiolo technique (minimum 2 years experience in the Area)
• Collaboration and good communication with the team are mandatory
• Problem-solving skills, that knows how to handle Pressure

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for the pizzeria Area, being the main position in the Kitchen team;
• Responsible for verifying and following the quality standards of Arte Bianca;
• Responsible for ordering;
• Responsible for stock control;
• Participate with Restaurant Managers / Food & Beverage Managers in the assessment of equipment needed and maintenance of the restaurant’s kitchen as well as the weekly cleaning plan
• Responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and orderly and ensuring that others on the team follow Arte Bianca's organizational standards;
• Participate with the Food & Beverage Manager and Corporate Chef in elaboration of recipes, ArteBianca standards & guidelines, and kitchen organization; We can't provide visas. The person has to live in Portugal, preferebly living around Aljezur. Applications residing outside the country will be automatically discarded.

The Pizzaiolo position is the heart of the restaurant and Its presence is essential for the restaurant, to ensure its daily operation and long-term success, with high-quality food, products, and service.
