JOB SUMMARY We’re looking for a commercial marketer who can identify new business opportunities and create award winning B2B campaigns to get TLC in the room with the world’s biggest brands. There are three key functions of this role: lead generation (measured in qualified meetings) reputation and brand management, and reporting and data management. Core deliverables - Marketing calendar and strategy - Marketing campaigns - working with creative & planning on ideas and copy; roll out of e-shots, articles, social, PR, DM and share with other markets - Management of the Portugal marketing report to ensure all marketing tracking is sufficient - Creation of target lists for each marketing campaign to update - Allocate and track follow up of leads from all marketing activity - Press releases for live campaigns - Maintenance of the TLC Website, uploading new content and news to support inbound leads - Maintain relationships within the marketing industry - specifically with awarding bodies or B2B press outlets - Award entries - Telemarketing - support with hit lists & intel and track productivity - Social accounts - support and content creation on LinkedIn and Instagram - Strong focus on LinkedIn and share learnings and drive to utilize with entire sales team - Support of the partnerships marketing including monthly comms with existing partners and strategy in recruitment of new partners - Social advertising for partnership recruitment - Quality spot checks of assets - briefs, creds, proposals, case studies, product sheets - Competitor analysis - Case study management - Support in marketing and networking events for clients and potential clients Skills and qualifications - Marketing degree (Ideally) - Creative and forward thinking - Confident - Proactive and seeks to make improvements - Project management skills - Organised - Approachable, able to inspire - Professional - Work well in large teams across multiple departments - Experience with business social channels Here's what we've got to offer: - Dynamic & collaborative team - Creative work environment - Career progression and upskilling opportunities - Weekly Happy Hour - TLC Wellness - Global Clients & Team exposure - TLC 'Fun Club' & Social Calendar (known to include pizza deliveries!) - TLC Gives Back - Charity partner/off site days. - 'The Frankies' - Our very own awards/staff recognition event.
